Online Workshop: Validation of the Commercial Potential

As part of the LASER-PRO activities focused on skills development and strengthening technology transfer capacities, Innovation Agency Lithuania and Central Bohemian Innovation Center (SIC) have prepared engaging online workshop designed to support innovators, researchers, startups, and SMEs in transforming ideas and research results into real market opportunities. The workshop will offer practical insights, hands-on tools, and expert guidance focused on commercialization, validation, and innovation development.
Strong ideas and promising research results only create real impact when they respond to actual market needs. This online workshop will provide participants with a practical and structured approach to validating commercial potential before moving toward commercialization.
Designed for innovators, entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, and researchers, the session focuses on early-stage market validation using proven, real-world methods. Participants will learn how to test assumptions, better understand customer needs, evaluate competitive positioning, and reduce risks connected with bringing innovations to the market.

The workshop will be facilitated by Thomas Blekman, Co-founder of Unknown University of Applied Sciences in The Hague, The Netherlands. Thomas has a background in executive development and entrepreneurship and has been a founder himself since 2005. His university was created to help students launch their own companies, with 70% of students graduating with a running business.
