Matching Mission and strengthening the LASER-PRO community across borders
From 24 to 26 March 2026, Dolní Břežany will host an international PhotonQBoost Matching Mission, bringing together leading research organisations, innovative companies and technology stakeholders in photonics, quantum and laser technologies.
The mission is organised by the Czech Optical Cluster and is closely aligned with the objectives of the LASER-PRO ecosystem. One of the key ambitions of the event is to actively connect and strengthen the LASER-PRO community - particularly between Czech and Lithuanian partners - and to create new cross-border collaborations in research, industry and innovation.
Why This Mission Matters for LASER-PRO
LASER-PRO is about more than technology - it is about building a connected innovation ecosystem across regions and countries.
This mission creates a concrete space for:
- Connecting research infrastructures with industrial players
- Exploring joint R&D and business opportunities
- Preparing future joint applications under European calls

The importance of this cooperation was underlined during the LASER-PRO meeting in Vilnius in November 2025, where a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Czech Optical Cluster and the Lithuanian Laser Association.
This agreement opened a new chapter of cooperation between Czech and Lithuanian photonics stakeholders.

Day 2 - Institutional and Company Visits, B2B Meetings

Day 3 - Open Calls & Matchmaking for Cooperation
